Spending Time in Nature and Avoid Shame
“Free nature - We are so fond of being out among Nature, because it has no opinions about us.” - Friedrich Nietzsche (Human, All Too Human, aphorism 508)
Being at peace with ourselves is something we all strive for. It allows us to relax our minds, meditate and even think more clearly.
Being in nature allows us to achieve this peace of mind that we all desire at times. Sometimes, the most relaxing and happiest moments in life are spent in nature.
In our modern world, where we’re surrounded by technology at our fingertips. Simply getting away from technology and into nature can be wonderous for our psyche.
By being in nature, we can filter out lies, propaganda, and judgmental messages in our mind. We can then have a fresh new perspective in the world.
Nietzsche advocated to spend time in nature, because he would also spend time in nature. Nietzsche would walk in the forests and mountains in Switzerland for hours a day thinking about philosophy. The amount of exercise and healthiness that one would attain through hiking and time in nature is beneficial by itself.
Overall, spending time in nature can help you to become one with yourself.

One rain, and how everything springs up, so green and lush! I love the monsoon.
Me too... The oceans, the mountains, the wild forest trails!
